Brewery better health

Peek in the healthy fellow kitchen pantry and you will find a selection of dried leaves and powders, which are intended for brewery or mixed with hot water. And now that winter finally has taken, I to use them on a daily basis. But my pantry selection are predicated not only according to preference and taste. I'm factoring in the latest science about their relative health benefits.

Organic, not alkalized cocoa is a rich source of antioxidants, fiber and nutrients. It is also very low calorie unsweetened if it is. A study in the November 2011 issue of the journal appetite shows that this sort of dark chocolate protects the cardio vascular system and transport supported by the nitric oxide levels and reduces oxidative stress in lipoproteins (HDL and LDL cholesterol) and platelets. Yerba Mate tea and coffee are among the most popular caffeinated beers of the world. Two publications show that she both have a important role factors related play in reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes. Coffee makes specified concentrations so, partly by promoting healthier fat cells and liver function as positive changes in Adiponectin and Fetuin-A. Yerba Mate tea (11 oz) three times a day a large cup drink supports diabetic and pre-diabetic health by reducing fasting blood sugar levels, LDL ("bad") cholesterol and triglycerides. Any discussion of healthy bride wouldn't be complete without mention of green tea. The current buzz about my personal tea of choice is that it increases alpha, beta and theta activity in the brain. According to a study just published, this leads to double blind "a State of relaxed and attentive mind". The study's authors note the this "in line with the widespread consumption of green tea for its alleged relax / refresh properties is". Finally, I would like a stick cinnamon in all of the above mentioned drinks. It hides the bitter flavors in some gently and adds a level of complexity to the others. More importantly, contains cinnamon of Proanthocyanins, a variety of potent antioxidants that can prevent the development of various forms of cancer.
